MattressandMore will issue a full refund for the product you purchased, granted the following criteria are met.

• Item must be in a fully-resalable condition including the original unmarked and undamaged packaging.
• Item has not been opened (other than to inspect).
• Item has not been damaged.
• Item has not been assembled.

Once these terms have been met to satisfaction. A refund will be issued and you will receive your funds within 30 days after the product has been returned to our warehouse by you or collected from your home.
