Delivery Policy
Before delivery, we would like to advise our customers to use a tape measure to size up your doors and hallway to plan the easiest and most efficient route into your living space. All of our products are delivered free of charge by a caring, highly professional and well training team who will be happy to answer any questions you may have and assist where possible. You will receive a text message on the day before delivery and contact on the day of delivery. Delivery will be to the ground floor. If it’s a case of delivering to a 2nd floor or apartments, the driver will assist but you must have some available on the date of delivery to help him.
Should I check anything before my purchase arrives?:
- Have you checked that the product will fit and sizes are not an issue for the living space your purchase will be put in.
- Are my delivery details I provided correct, including my address, contact details and Post Code.
- Is there a clear path of entry and parking for the delivery team.
Things to note before delivery:
- We will not move existing furniture.
- We will not remove any objects preventing access into your home e.g doors, windows etc.
- Once your delivery date has been confirmed. Cancelling you order within the 96 hour period of the date will incur in a full charge.
